Connecting Up runs a volunteer program to assist in various aspects of our operations.
Connecting Up Volunteers regularly report that they gain valuable work experience to demonstrate their skills and abilities, receive opportunities for training and development, benefit from making new connections and networks or simply achieve great personal fulfilment from assisting their local community.
Volunteers assist with the SAcommunity service, primarily in information management, customer service, data collection and database management. However, volunteers can also help with social media management, content and copywriting, data analysis and more, depending on need.
