Premium Membership General Terms & Conditions

There are some basic terms and conditions attached to Connecting Up Premium Membership. Please find the conditions below, and if you have any questions please contact us.

  1. Premium Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
  2. Premium Membership fee is non-refundable.
  3. Premium Membership benefits will only be effective upon payment and are allocated annually.
  4. Unused Premium Membership benefits do not roll over to the next year. Any unused benefits expire when the existing membership period expires.
  5. Premium Membership is purchased by an organisation, not an individual.
  6. There must always be a named primary contact associated with your Premium Membership and changes to the primary contact must be made by sending us an email.
  7. Premium Memberships will revert to a standard free membership if not renewed before your expiry date and Premium Membership Benefits will cease at this point.
  8. Premium Members are not entitled to any representative or voting rights.
  9. Connecting Up Inc reserves the right to make changes or updates to our Premium Membership program and benefits.
  10. Benefits are not transferable for cash and apply strictly only to the named items in the Premium Membership Program.
