How to sign up for membership

Connecting Up has two membership options - free and premium membership.

You only need a free membership to access the donations and discounts program.

Premium membership offers a range of additional benefits and savings on our other programs. For full details, view here.

 

Sign up for membership (free):

  1. Go to ppv4qaau.tsgops.org/user/register or click on the Account icon in the top bar:


     
  2. Fill out the form and click "Create new account".
     
  3. We'll send you an email with your unique email verification link. The link is only valid for 48 hours, so make sure you click it as soon as you get it.
     
  4. Once you click the link, you'll land on a confirmation page and your account will be fully activated.
     

**NOTE: if your link expires you will need to request a new one. If you don't click the new verification link within 7 days, your account will be suspended. This is to prevent fraudulent registrations. If you can't find the email with the link, check your spam folder. If you aren't getting the email, or are having any other trouble, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

 

Sign up for Premium membership:

  1. Make sure you have already signed up for free membership and registered your organisation.
     
  2. Go to ppv4qaau.tsgops.org/membership
     
  3. Click "Purchase Premium Membership".
     
  4. Fill out the form and click "Submit".
     
  5. You will see that Premium Membership has been added to your cart. Click "Proceed to Checkout" and complete the payment process.
     
  6. Your order will be process and Premium Membership added to your existing Connecting Up account.
