Recommendations on programs

We at Kimmba Bilingual Learning are looking for two computer programs to help with the smooth running of our activity sessions. 1) an enrolment program that will enable us to just automatically, once one field has been recorded, move children to changed sessions (eg. a move from baby to toddler, toddler to kinder etc) without having to go through the ordeal of cutting and pasting in XL. This is particularly annoying at the beginning of the year. 2) a program that teachers, who are properly paid by the hour, can access to clock on - clock off and record accurate times of duty because the time is already part of the program.
