Windows 7 enterprise 64 bit and 32 bit HELP

Hi Guys, I have an issue with my PC, new system 12 months ago, loaded with Vista Ultimate pro, loaded windows 7 enterprise 64bit all has been working well until, a couple of weeks ago, I received a windows 7 enterprise upgrade 32 bit, I loaded the new disc without reading the lable correctly, it is a 32bit upgrade with service pack 1. Loading this disc has removed my 64bit program and all my programs into a windows old folder, I cant get my 64bit 7 to work, when loading it states that it does not recognise the disc, I hope someone can help, I prefer to use 64bit, I am running 2 500gb western dig black hard drives in raid, I have lost this feature.
