I would recommend GFI MailEssentials. I have been using it for some time and it offers several options to tune it to your requirements. And they offer a discount for NFP organisations.

Hi, we would recommend you investigate some of the hosted email security tools on the market. These provide protection for your Exchange environment at the cloud level, so the spam and threats do not hit your server or internet connection as they are blocked at the cloud level. www.manageprotect.com.au is a fantastic product and they are support NFP organisations.
