Passcode issues on Exchange Server 2010

We recent;y upgraded our server to Microsoft Small Business Server 2011 Standard Edition and Premium Add-on Bundle. I have an iPhone and Ipad I am now required to use a passode everytime I use either device now that they are synced to the Exchange Server. I can only set a maximum of 5 minutes before the passcode is required. This did not happen with Exchange Server 03. Can I extend the time or delete the passcode? If so, how? Thanks Mal
