Kaspersky Mailbox Licenses

hello, Australian Theater for young people ordered 13 Kaspersky Enterprise Space Security licenses, but were not aware they got 19 mailbox licenses. This means only 19 of the emails are getting monitored by the Kaspersky Microsoft exchange security, when in fact they need a lot more, just wondering where the number 19 came from because that was not an option at the time. George, Kaspersky Enterprise Security licences will manage Mailbox security. When ordering the product you should consider how many Mailboxes you will need to protect. The best way to work out how many licences you require would be to use the following formula Amount of Licences x 1.5 So in your current case 13 licences equals 19 mailboxes.
