MS Error Code:0-2031(17100) when installing Office 2019

We are members in Connecting Up. I downloaded all the relevant .ISO files from the MS Volume licencing centre for Office 2019. I created the configuration file and stored it in C:/OfficeSetup Downloaded & ran the Office Deployment tool. Opened the CMD function & issued the following commands setup /download configuration.xml On completion, issued the next command setup /configure configuration.xml After a while, the installation stopped with the error message :- Microsoft Couldn't install due to either Internet Connection ? Space on HD? Error Code:0-2031(17100) However my 300GB HDD has 213GB Free space My internet is working with the following speeds Down 54.3 Mbps Up 17.6 Mbps I need help to overcome this challenge. Hi Mike, download WINRAR and install then right click the ISO file and extract the files to the folder. You can then run the setup.exe. Nick
