Office 365 Online and Dial in Conferencing
Audio, video and telephony - Asked by nrsdc on Monday, 28 November, 2016 - 09:31
Is it possible to get the Dial in Conferencing add in for Skype for Business with the Microsoft Office 365 Plan E2. Our organisation is looking to use this for external clients to connect to meetings and we're wanting to know if it's available and if there are specific partners we'd have to contact to set this up? Thanks

To access this dial in functionality, (which I use and enjoy) you will need to purchase an e5 license for $13.40 a month for any user that requires the ability to create a meeting with a dial in number. This $13.40 also includes the full Office 2016 suite and some other functionality. As an eligible NFP there should be an option to add this in your Office 365 admin portal However external users can access Skype for Business meetings created on the E2 plan without the dial in functionality using the web plugin or Skype for Business, just not using a phone number. Hope that helps - feel free to email mwalton@infoxchange.org if you need any further assistance. Matt
