Training - Microsoft Office 2010 Professional and Windows 7 and General IT Training

Can anyone tell me IT providers in Perth who are able to deliver FLEXIBLE training solutions to a group of 7 (either one by one, attending a class or small groups) on Microsoft Office Professional 2010 and Windows 7? Also, am looking at training for one person in the office to be IT contact for staff and IT Service provider so will need general IT training. Thanks Janine
