This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated pop up window

Hi, I downloaded Microsoft Office 2013 onto one of our organisations laptops. We purchased this MS Office from Connecting Up. Recently when we open word or excel etc we are getting a pop up stating This copy of MS Office is not activated and that we have 1 day left to activate. Can you please assist me with this issue I need to remove this from the laptop as our volunteers are not very computer literate and find messages like this intimidating, regards Bev

hi, the easiest way is to activate the product to remove this popup and if you still want to use it. This can be done by using the key you would have received in an email from connecting up, and by using the file tab and the product activation link found there. Otherwise it can be removed using control panel and programs and features and selecting the office 2013 listed there and clicking on uninstall, then following the prompts.
