IKaspersky EnterpriseSpace Security

Last year we purchased 10 licenses to Kaspersky Enterprise Security & loaded onto 3 of our computers & server with no problems then 2 weeks ago we tried to load it onto a fourth computer & it would not except the activation keys we used before. Is there a time frame where you must load them after purchasing the licenses? We need to know as we are now due to renew our protection and will need to look at purchasing Kaspersky again or different protection. Thank you, Kathleen Foster admin@tlife.org

Hi Kathleen, typically licences are 12 month licences which means that they will be valid for 12 months and entitle you to updates during this period. If you're within the 12 months then there's more likely a problem with the actual licence key or contacting the Kaspersky key server, for example. How did you deploy it? Do you have a server and it deploys to your computers, or are they all standalone? Regards, Chris
