CloudFlare set-up problem
Hello MatchIT team, I'm wondering if anyone out there has knowledge and expertise in setting up CloudFlare. We experienced a spamming problem with our website and our hosting company had to suspend our account 3 times last week. All OK now but they suggested I set up CloudFlare for the website. We have done this and everything seemed fine. However our emails stopped working. The message says that there may be a delay in getting everything switched over for 4-24 hours. After 28 hours it was still a problem - nothing sending or receiving. I submitted a help request to CloudFlare and have not heard back after 10 hours :( Very poor service and I'm wondering if I should back out of it altogether? I'd be most grateful if anyone has any experience with CloudFlare and any advice they can offer. Many thanks, Jo

Hi Jo, I've setup CloudFlare for many clients and it's an excellent service. It's possible that the MX DNS records haven't been configured correctly in CloudFlare (or alternately that the NameServers haven't been changed with your DNS host).
