Jumping images in Powerpoint 2013
Hi, I have a Samsung tablet 700T (with keyboard) running Win8 64 bit. In May I installed office 2013 standard 32 bit, purchased through connecting up downloaded via Microsoft VLSC site. We use it every day making and adding slides and images to presentations. After approx 4 months we began having problems. Whenever we try to manipulate an image or text box (resize, crop, rotate) we have issues. The image will flicker when we are trying to move it and it will jump to a different position. When trying to rotate it, it will flicker, snaps back to it's original position and sometimes even jumps off the slide. Things we have tried: Uninstalling and reinstalling twice - worked for 1 week. Repairing Office 2013 x 2, made sure snap to grid was unchecked. Updated Windows, Office, Norton. Any assistance would be appreciated (we are desparate).

Hi, I have carefully read through the details of your problem and understanding that you have already reinstalled either the entire Office 2013 standard suite or just the troublesome application (its not too clear what you did here). My first action would would be to run through a proper uninstall of the entire Office 2013 standard application and all interacting applications. I would then run through the registry and remove any left over registry entries (Make sure you take a backup of your system before you make changes to the registry as you can seriously damage your machine.) Please read through the following link "http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501" and try the manual steps. Let us know if you need more help and we can log into your PC remotely to take a look.
