Powerpoint 2013
Hi, I have a Samsung tablet 700T (with keyboard)running Windows 8 64 bit. In May we purchased from connecting up via microsoft VLSC site, Office 2013 standard 32bit. We installed it without any problems and it worked fine for approx 4 months (we use it every day producing power points). All of a sudden we started to have issues. When trying to select text within a text box, or when trying to re-size an inserted picture, it is nearly impossible to do. Text selection simply jumps to select the entire line or paragraph. When trying to re-size an image, it flickers back and forth, often flipping the image entirely. It is just about impossible to smoothly re-size, crop or move an image. When using crop, the cropping border would extend out to one side of the image and could not get it back in (unless using undo!). Things I have tried: Uninstalling and reinstalling (twice - worked for approx 1 week then problems again). Snap to grid is not checked. Fully updated windows and pp. The rest of Office 2013 works with no problems. Have tried inserting an image in word and publisher and they are fine. Opening pp presentations in other version on other pc's - no problems. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Cannot find any solutions on the net (getting desperate!). Thanks

Hi, I have carefully read through the details of your problem and understanding that you have already reinstalled either the entire Office 2013 standard suite or just the troublesome application (its not too clear what you did here). My first action would would be to run through a proper uninstall of the entire Office 2013 standard application and all interacting applications. I would then run through the registry and remove any left over registry entries (Make sure you take a backup of your system before you make changes to the registry as you can seriously damage your machine.) Please read through the following link "http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501" and try the manual steps. Let us know if you need more help and we can log into your PC remotely to take a look.
