office suite

We have 12 laptops that are used by young mum's trying to complete year 10 or TAFE studies in areas like business cert 1 & 2. plus we will be updating our office IT and would like the latest software, so that would be about another 12 laptops and desktops. how many licenses are we eligible for in one go for the office suite or for any other software we may need?
