CALS, how to?

Haven't done this before and have no idea how to activate CALs, can't see them at the Volume Licensing Service Centre. The setup is this: Windows Server 2008 R2 with 6x Windows Server CALs and 6x Remote Desktop Services CALs (all for device not user). Remote Desktop is run on Mac. Where to from here? Thanks for help.

There is several ways to do this, but not being able to see them in the volume licensing service centre is interesting. how did you purchase them in the first place?
