Hi, The versions offered on Donortec are for local installs only from what i have reviewed. On saying this what we can offer is the following. We can host the environment for you and manage it as well, that would enable you to have a hosted cloud solution just like what you are after. For 5 user requirement you could use the workgroup version of MS CRM, if you needed to go for more users then you would need to go up to the next version. Hi, As mentioned in the previous answer the DonorTec program only covers on-premise (or private cloud) licensing. However Microsoft offers a cloud-based solution of Dynamics CRM which is available for Charities (qualifying criteria apply: e.g. DGR status) for a heavily reduced monthly subscription fee of $12.50 per user per month (normally $54.75). If you are interested in this I am happy to give you some guidance on how to apply for the Charity pricing. I have had a look at your website and you also might be interested in getting access to the Nonprofit solution for Dynamics CRM which includes Donation management and volunteer management.
