EDRMS Software

Hi, I am a contractor working with VCOSS on de-cluttering, efficiency and best practice filing. Does Connectingup have any EDRMS software for a SME for the purpose of data management (filing and management of paper and electronic based content, PDFs, publication and the odd voice or multimedia file. SharePoint is a platform that could suit your requirements however it is very much a platform and not just software. How much data are you looking to store?

Hi, Yes, sharepoint will do some of what you are after and is available through donortec licences, but this needs to be developed upon. These some other edrms products out there and some of them provide non-for-profit discounts, most of the time you just need to ask if they are available. The other option might be to look for open source products as well. Try source-forge for looking this up, knowledgetree would be one example.
