Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Good afternoon, We are a small not-for-profit organisation and are looking at purchasing a Microsoft CRM system. We currently run Microsoft Small Business Server 2008 on 2 servers and Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2012 on 4 laptops. We are looking at CRM to manage our contact database and keep a record of all communications which each contact in the one place to make it easier to find. Would you be able to recommend which of the products from this page webpage http://www.donortec.org/microsoft/microsoft-dynamics-crm-2011 would most suit our requirements? Hi, Depending on the number of users you have, then you will need to purchase these from donortec for the crm. If less than five users Microsoft Dynamics CRM Workgroup Server 2011 If more than 5 users (including future use) Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM User CAL for the number of users using this crm product. You may need to get the user cals for the workgroup server version as well, but these use to be included in this version, please check when you purchase from donortec. You will also need to make your 2008 server has enough memory to run this on the server as well, please ensure it has at least 16gb of ram. if you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.
