Will need to know a few things - Is it Vista 32 Bit or 64 Bit version? - Do they get a error while installing or does it just hang when installing? - Is it from a CD or did they Download it? If it is a download, follow the steps below. 1. Right click on the file. 2. Click properties> Compatibility tab 3. Click to clear the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' check box. 4. Click apply, and then click OK. 5. Double-click Setup.exe to install Office 2010.Reply by Neil McLachlan from Co Serve Consulting on Thursday, 21 June, 2012 - 11:16
Upgrading to Office 2010 can be problematic when Office 2007 has not been completely uninstalled. This support link might help: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2438651 Neil McLachlan | e :: neil@coserve.com.au | t :: 02 4782 6917 | f :: 02 4782 7815
