Ultra HD Flip camera problems

We have found a number of problems with our Ultra HD Flip cameras. One does not record sound and two seem to have faulty batteries. The FlipShare software seems to have problems accessing the Internet on machines, which are in fact connected OK for all other purposes. What is the warranty situation on these and how do we access it.
