How to register your organisation

Before you can access the donations and discounts program, you need to register your organisation with us so we can qualify you for all the donations and discounts you are entitled to.

Registering your organisation is free, but we may ask you to provide documentation regarding your main activities/mission and your not-for-profit status to accurately qualify you for different partners.

Please note that registering your organisation does not guarantee access to the program - we need to qualify your organisation for the program against criteria set by the donor/discount partners and TechSoup Global.

 

Register your organisation:

  1. You can either:
    1. Click on the links displayed on the page directly after you sign up for membership;
    2. Click on the link in your membership confirmation email;
    3. Click on the link in your account dashboard; or
    4. Go directly to ppv4qaau.tsgops.org/donations/org/register.
       
  2. Fill out the form as accurately as you can and click "Continue".
    NOTE: we prefill your organisation's information based on your ABN records with the Australian Business Register (ABR). If any of the details are incorrect, overwrite the fields with the correct details, then update your details with the ABR on their website.
     
  3. Our Customer Experience team will contact you to confirm your registration and request any documents required for qualification.

 

You can check the progress of your registration and qualification in your account dashboard. Just bear in mind that qualification usually takes between 3-5 business days depending on volume. If it's been more than a week since you registered your organisation and qualification is not complete, contact Customer Support to follow up.
