How to implement an effective CRM program
Hi there, we are a NFP organisation based in Sydney consist of 5 licences(3 fields & 2 offices). We would like to know how to implement an effective CRM program. We will most likely require a professional advice to get this right. Especially as we have to consider if we need to link to Donman Database or MYOB. Thank you
