Phillippa, Donortec offers the Microsoft Dynamics CRM which you can order from their website. There are also a number of low cost online CRM systems like Salesforce.com highrisehq.com & zoho.com/crm. Lastly there is CiviCRM which is a free (as in speech & beer) program, but one that requires planning before implementing as it can be a little too powerful for most users. Cheers, Patrick

Hi Phillippa. A warning for you, Microsoft CRM is NOT a simple product. It really needs to be installed and configured by a qualified consultant. Make sure you know what you need to do to make it work BEFORE you buy it.
