Microsoft Office Licences and use on Remote Desktop

Adelaide Youth Orchestras is looking at setting up a remote access desktop as part of setting up a new server. I am wanting to confirm if we're able to use the DonorTec licences we have for Microsoft Office for the Microsoft Office software we propose to operate on the Remote Desktop?

I have only ever purchased Office 2010 Professional Plus so I can only talk about these licenses. Assuming these are not being used anywhere else within the organization, then you will be able to use them on your Remote Desktop Services machine.
