Enter Network Password
Hi, I've just upgraded my Microsoft to 2007 Office. Since entering the Volume Licensing key to load the program my computer is asking me to enter a Network Password? I rang your help line and they said it probably wasn't related to the upgrade but I'm not sure what this password is and I've never been asked for it before. I use my personal computer for work and we don't have any resources here to help us with technical support. Please help!!

If it is connected to the domain, a domain administrator login may be required to install new software. Do you have a domain admin username and password you can try? Hi, This might be a silly question but are sure you it was office 2007 you loaded and not windows 7. Loading office 2007 should not cause this, unless you are using outlook with an exchange server, but these settings should not have changed during an upgrade. If you did load windows 7, then all is not lost, as when it is first loaded, it will ask you to set a password, if you haven't done this before. All you need to do is set the password and it should let you in from there. If this doesn't work there is a way to reset the password but we would need to talk this through with you on the phone. Feel free to contact us by email or phone if you require further assistance. Thanks Grant
