Hi Gayle, Hope this info will still be relevant. There is several web based crm products out there, some are free and some you get charged for. The most popular web based crm would be sugarcrm. (www.sugarcrm.com) has both free and paid versions. Then you have the following depending on your needs. Microsoft Dynamics CRM - i think this is available through donortec as well, SBE version. FreeCRM Salesforce CRM TigerCRM Netsuite CRM and a couple of smaller players as well. We have tried most of thiese in house for other clients and to test run, and some have better options than the others. I would make a big list of what you are looking for from a crm program, and then evaluate from there. eg. are you looking for it to newsletters, or organize contacts, or put opportunities in it or all of the above.
