Hi there I am Chris from CyberGuru, we are Microsoft Partners and a ConnectingUp Supplier based in Brisbane. We have significant experience in implementing, supporting, training not-for-profit organisations with Microsoft products and services including Microsoft 365 and Office 365. We can assist you with installing Visio onto your computer remotely. Have you received a link to download the file from the Microsoft Volume Licence Service Centre (VLSC) as yet? Hi there again My apologies - I made a mistake in my earlier message. The download files are not from the VLSC any longer but the key is still accessed from there. It through a different means requiring creation of a configuration file. Please let me know if I can assist in any way. Hi Peter Thank you for your phone call earlier. I trust the information I provided was helpful to install Visio. As mentioned, there are specific config files required for the individual Office application such as Visio and Project which I have saved in your folder. If I can be of any assistance in the future, please feel free to get in touch. Best regards Chris Chris Jeffery Chief Guru CyberGuru Phone: 0488 80 4878 Web: https://www.cyberguru.com.au/
