installation of Microsoft Office 2019

I am unable to install Office 2019 onto a new laptop, Windows 10. I have followed the instructions on Connecting website - am up to Download and Install - instructions say: Type the following into the PowerShell window, but replace "configuration.xml" with the name of the configuration file you copied by right-clicking and selecting Paste within the PowerShell window: .\setup.exe /download configuration.xml When you paste the configuration file name, make sure to add .xml if it's not there already. I did this and got the following message: .\setup.exe/download : The term '.\setup.exe/download' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. At line:1 char:1 + .\setup.exe/download configuration-office-standard-2019-64-bit.xml + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have also tried using the command prompt and got this message - 'setup' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file Can you please assist me? thanks Monica

Hi Monica, Potentially you have just missed a space in your command line. There should be a space after .\setup.exe and before /download .\setup.exe /download configuration.xml If you're still having issues feel free to give us a call 1300 787 175 & we'll get you going. Best regards Matt
