We have moved across to office 365 but are having issues with using emails on our desktop with outlook 2010. We believe our computers are not current enough for ease of compatibility. We are running windows 7, office 2010, 2gig of ram and 2.8ghz processes. we wish to continue using Outlook as email instead of Office 365 but are happy for other cloud programs. Would you suggest upgrading our computers, we already have an upgraded network. I would appreciate your comments.

Office 365 isn't your problem - the computers are. 2G of ram is inadequate. If you have 64bit windows then upgrade them to 8G. If the budget will stretch, then upgrade the harddrives to SSD. Most SSD drives come with software to mirror your old harddrive onto the new SSD. You'll need a SATA <-> USB adaptor for this however, unless the drive comes with one. 2.8Ghz doesn't really mean much - it could mean you have an ancient Pentium IV through to something far more recent.
