Hi, You will need both cal's and the sever licence for using project server. The main reason for needing project server is to share your projects between all the users and outside the organization if required. You will also need a server to host it on, as well. If you do this in house then you will also need windows server licence, cals, and the hardware. or you can get it hosted in the cloud. We can help you with this if you are interested in taking it further. Please email us at grant@blendedit.com.au , or call 1300 885 490
