As we are unable to proceed with an upgrade of our computers, is it possible to get a refund for the licences we have purchased but not yet down loaded?

Depends on how long ago you purchased them, if under 30 days maybe, but there is different rules under donation or charity licensing. Best to check directly with donortec.
