The main thing to consider is the size of the internet pipe required for the number of calls in and out bound. This makes all difference to successful voip system or not. Hi Sue, There are many solutions out there. The most important thing to know is to ensure any provider clarifies what is available and most importantly what your requirements are. VOIP is a great solution, however like Mobile Phones it is not tolerant to conditions of the internet quality and therefore depending on the solution you choose, expect to have little issues as we have with mobile phones which we normally tolerate.
