Installing Kaspersky

We are a not for profit org that has purchased a licence for 10 users 10 workstation for Kaspersky Workplace Security. I rang up Kaspersky support the said I should have been sent an authorisation number from Connecting Up (DonorTec) along with the licence number. In the Licence Support Certificate there is no authorisation number only a licence number.Need help with this as Kaspersky support suggested I contact Donortec. Thanks my email is allan@eil.org.au
