Microsoft Security Essentials is a good product, it's free and included with your operating system license. If you are running Windows Vista or 7, download it here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials If you're still having trouble otherwise, please don't hesitate to give us a call.Reply by Grant Laing from Blended IT Solutions on Friday, 28 September, 2012 - 15:13
Hi, The cheapest at the moment would have to be symantec endpoint protection from donortec, provides good protection and has many good features. I want to use something else then vipre AV from GFI is another good cheap option, or nod32 (eset AV) is another good choice, both offer non-for-profit pricing on their products. All three mentioned here are easy to install and manage as standalone products and all offer a centralized management console as well, if you want to manage them from a central location. We do offer a managed Anti-Virus solution under our managed security range of services as well, this takes all the hassle out of managing the AV software on your computers. If you need anymore info, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks GrantReply by Colin Thompson from TechBrain on Thursday, 11 October, 2012 - 11:31
If you are running a server with Exchange, however, you should use Symantec Protection Suite to ensure protection of your mail. Will also do SPAM filtering. (http://mig1.cisa.asn.au/donortec/symantec-enterprise/symantec-protection-suite-small-business-edition) If you want REALLY simple, with no central management etc, then you could use Norton Antivirus (http://mig1.cisa.asn.au/donortec/symantec-desktop/norton-antivirus) Regards Colin Thompson Blue Networks & Technology http://www.bluenetworks.com.au
