Office 2010 Trial Uninstall

In order to install donortec supplied Office 2010, it is necessary to uninstall the trial version but it will not uninstal. Programs and features, uninstall will not uninstall the trial version. Can you please offer any guidance?

Are you getting any error message when you try to uninstall? If so please attach.
