internet and telephony needs
HI We need to find a cost effective solution to provide internet and telephony (VOIP would be good) to our 40 office across NSW. What is the best way to go about this? How can we compare the not-similar offerings from the various providers? thanks Sue Sacker Schizophrenia Fellowship NSW Inc.

Hi Sue, This is a question we hear regularly. VOIP and communications options for business are often confusing and it seems everyone offers something different these days. The facts are however quite simple and its a matter of translating your needs to the various options available out there. I would like to offer our assistance to help you through this process. We are currently working a few similar projects with our clients. If you would like to have a chat about this, please do not hesitate to call me. Hi, We can help with this, through our hosted voip service, we can also supply the internet tails required for this. There is many offers out there, but most of it comes down to what you are willing to pay per month, how much you want to manage, and the quality of the calls required. The main thing to remember with Voip is to have a good internet provider, that can provide good low latency connections. This will help improve the call quality. There is also many different setups that can be done with the size of the network you have, and this will depend on the number of people at each office. We currently run a similar network for a client with 25 site office. Just remember that the cheaper it is the lower the call quality will be, and it is mainly to do with price. If you want to give us a call or drop us an email, more than happy to discuss this with you, and provide further information. Thanks Grant
